We're Looking For...
Contract Superintendent
The Contract Superintendent oversees and manages residential and commercial construction projects from start to completion. This role ensures projects meet quality standards, adhere to safety regulations, and are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily field operations of commercial/residential construction projects

Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other Bruno + Co. field team members

Maintain professional communication with clients, architects, and client representatives

Collaborate closely with Project Management team

Develop and manage 3-week look-ahead schedules

Coordinate task completion and timelines with trade partners
-
Verify dimensions and layouts on-site
-
Ensure timely completion of all submittals
-
Prioritize job site safety and maintain security of project perimeter

Maintain and update daily logs and project documentation
-
Work with Project Management team to ensure efficient project close-out
-
Coordinate site testing and inspections
-
Monitor and control project costs, including labor and materials

Lead weekly project and subcontractor meetings
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Superintendent leading commercial/residential construction projects

Excellent multi-tasking and time management abilities

Proficient in reading and interpreting commercial/residential construction plans and specifications
-
Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach
-
High school diploma required; trade school or college education preferred

OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification preferred

Ability to work with tools to perform various phases of construction work is a plus

Fork lift operating license a plus
